Make Your Dorm Home- A Dozen Ways

1. Bedding. If you're like me you can never have enough blankets. Grab yourself a new comforter and one or two blankets to switch out when you get bored!

3. Create a photo wall. Remember your friends and family and how proud you will make them this year!

4. A good lamp for your reading and studying.

5. A full-length mirror. Mirrors give the illusion of a bigger and brighter room, especially when across or adjacent to a window.

6. Put up some pretty curtains to add atmosphere.

7. Bring in a plant or two. If you don't have a green thumb or you don't want to water, here are some options.

9. Glam up your room and give it a magical feel with fairy lights.

10. Decorative pillows. The lumbar pillows are great for your back, especially after carrying a lot of books.

11. An area rug. If you only do one or two things on this list, pick an area rug! It will add so much coziness and color to your space.

12. An alarm clock. Get a reliable alarm clock so you don't miss those early classes.
